At CarLust, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for our customers. Please review our refund terms and conditions below.
Cancellation by Customer
More than 48 Hours Before Rental Start Time
Customers can cancel their reservation. In this case, 100% of the Booking Amount is Refunded.
Between 24 to 48 Hours Before Rental Start Time
A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
Less than 24 Hours Before Rental Start Time
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of the scheduled rental start date at carlust0001@gmail.com or call us at Carlust Customer Care No.
Our team will guide you through the refund process and inform you of the necessary steps and documents required to process the refund.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all vehicle rentals. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
The security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle has been returned and verified to be in the same condition as at the time of pickup, minus any charges for damages, additional mileage, or other applicable fees.
Additional Information
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and can take up to 7-14 business days.
